REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Before Work Commences

• Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of order placement, before we begin work
• No refund after we have started working on your project

2.2 Service Not Delivered

• Full refund if we fail to deliver Services within 30 days of the agreed delivery date
• Delivery delays due to customer’s failure to provide materials or feedback do not qualify

2.3 Service Quality Issues

• Partial refund may be considered if deliverables materially deviate from the service description
• You must provide specific feedback within 14 days of delivery
• We must be given opportunity to correct issues through included revision rounds

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of mind after work has commenced
• Dissatisfaction with subjective elements after revisions are exhausted
• Delays caused by customer’s failure to respond or provide materials
• Third-party costs already incurred (stock images, specialized software, etc.)
• Services already delivered and accepted

4. Refund Process

4.1. To request a refund, email support@asian-research.com with:
• Order number
• Reason for refund request
• Supporting documentation if applicable
4.2. We will respond within 5 business days.
4.3. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
4.4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first:
• Your account may be suspended
• We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks
• You may be liable for dispute fees if the chargeback is found to be invalid

6. Partial Services

For bundled service packages, refunds will be calculated based on:
• Services already delivered
• Work already completed
• Resources already expended

7. Consultation Services

For consultation services:
• No refunds for scheduled sessions you fail to attend
• Rescheduling allowed with 24-hour notice

8. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
