ASIAN-Research provides research communication services including creation of graphical abstracts, video abstracts, plain language summaries, podcasts, and related consultancy services (collectively, the “Services”).
3. User Accounts
3.1. You must register an account to purchase Services.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3.4. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment is required at the time of order placement.
4.3. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4.4. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.
4.5. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
5. Service Delivery

5.3. Final deliverables will be provided through the Website or email as specified.
6. Intellectual Property

6.2. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables we create.
6.3. You grant us permission to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
6.4. We retain rights to our tools, templates, and proprietary processes.
7. User Obligations
7.1. You must provide accurate research materials and timely feedback.
7.2. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
7.3. You will not use our Services for unlawful purposes.
7.4. You will not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary methods.
8. Revisions
8.1. Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds.
8.2. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
8.3. Revision requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
9. Cancellation
9.1. You may cancel orders according to our Refund Policy.
9.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.
10. Limitation of Liability
